We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item and it is “as new”, you may send it back to us within 60 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please follow the ‘How to Make a Return’ information below.
*"As new" condition for Ritual items is unwashed, unworn and unused. Ritual strongly recommends you store your item in its original packaging while you make a decision about the product.
Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from ritualhockey.com. If you have purchased your item from one of Ritual’s retail partners please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.
Our warranty is good but you will probably never need it. We guarantee our products against defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long-term usage are not considered to be faulty. We will assess and determine whether a defect is covered under warranty. If so, it is repaired or replaced.

How To Make a Return / Warranty Claim
- Returns are easy – just fill out this returns form, print and enter your purchase details. However, to speed up the process please email photos first so we can advise if a warranty claim is likely. Email email@example.com
- Repackage your item wherever possible in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your returns form. If your order was sent with any free extras please keep these as a gift.
- Please post the package back according to your location to:

- When we receive your return we will aim to process it within 7 working days and will refund the price you paid for the products and the return postage (up to the value of $20 AUD) directly to the card you used to purchase your original item(s). NB: Please pack multiple items together as we can only refund one postage payment per customer order.
- For international returns - Ritual will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty" with a $0 value.
- If you do have any enquiries about your return once it has been posted, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the date the item was posted, which address it was sent back to, the name it was sent under and the item’s tracking number if applicable.
