Redeeming your Ritual gift card is simple:
1. During checkout, locate the gift card field on the payment page.
2. Enter the unique gift card code provided in the email you received.
3. The gift card amount will be applied to your total purchase automatically.

Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days after your return is received at our warehouse.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only - not damage from long-term or excessive use. Your item will be assessed and if covered by a warranty, will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We offer the following warranties for manufactural defects:
Sticks: 6 months
Bags: 6 months
Gloves: 6 months
Shin Guards: 12 months
