Sulla base delle raccomandazioni del Comitato Regole FIH, la Federazione Internazionale Hockey (FIH) ha pubblicato il Regolamento 2017.
Queste regole entreranno ufficialmente in vigore per l’hockey internazionale dal 1° gennaio 2017, mentre le Federazioni Nazionali sono libere di scegliere la data di implementazione.
In sintesi, non ci sono stati grandi cambiamenti rispetto alle regole del 2015 e l’adeguamento alla Regola 13.2, entrato in vigore a febbraio 2016, è ora stato formalmente incorporato.
Il Regolamento 2017 contiene diversi aggiustamenti già presenti nelle regole dell’Hockey Indoor 2017, dove applicabili al gioco all’aperto. La FIH ritiene fondamentale che entrambi i regolamenti siano il più possibile allineati e, in quest’ottica, ha incluso tali modifiche anche nel regolamento outdoor 2017.
A summary of the adjustments to the Rules of Hockey 2017 can be found below.
- Regola 1.10 Nessuna attrezzatura ecc. deve essere posizionata all’interno delle porte
- Rule 2.1 Clarification that decisions taken prior to correcting a team having more than the permitted number of players on the pitch cannot be changed if time and/or play has already been re-started
- Rule 2.2 Clarification that any change between goalkeeping options, even for Players with Goalkeeping Privileges, either on or off the pitch, must take place as a substitution
- Rule 4.2 Change of the description of ‘gloves’ to ‘hand protection’; specification of the size of hand protection which may be used, both for normal play and to defend Penalty Corners; addition of guidance regarding the use of knee pads when defending Penalty Corners
- Regola 4.3 Eliminazione di 'singolo' dal colore della maglia del portiere
- Regola 9.8 Modifica della guida: ‘Anche una palla è considerata pericolosa’
- Regola 9.16 Aggiunta nelle linee guida che, se una pallina colpisce un’attrezzatura di difesa scartata durante un Penalty Corner, viene assegnato un Free Hit se fuori dal cerchio o un Penalty Corner se dentro il cerchio
- Rule 13.2 The changes to Rule 13.2, which were posted to the FIH website on 16 February 2016 as an adjustment to the previous Rules, are now formally incorporated
- Regola 13.7d Riordino di due paragrafi di linee guida ripetute relative al completamento dei Penalty Corners
- Regola 13.8e Aggiunta di 'una volta che il fischio è stato dato per iniziare il Tiro di Rigore' per il divieto di movimento dei piedi del portiere durante il Tiro di Rigore
- Rule 13.10d Adjustment of the guidance for the caution/carding procedure for a Goalkeeper moving early at a Penalty Stroke, bringing it into line with the Indoor Rule
- Addition of the new ‘Corner’ signal in the Umpiring Signals section
