Regolamento Hockey su Prato 2019

La Federazione Internazionale Hockey (FIH) aggiorna le regole ufficiali dell’hockey su prato ogni due anni. Assicurati di essere aggiornato sulle ultime regole FIH pubblicate nel 2019. La FIH eviterà di apportare modifiche sostanziali a queste regole fino al termine dei prossimi Giochi Olimpici (Tokyo, 2021).
The 2019 edition of the rules book came into effect on January 1st 2019 at International level, with National Associations free to choose the date of their implementation. It is important to note that the same rules also apply to all top domestic league levels, unless a National Association chooses to opt out of certain rules by applying to the FIH to do so. Additionally, National Associations may also apply to the FIH to opt out of certain rules at levels below their top domestic leagues and/or for particular age groups.
Di seguito trovi un riassunto delle modifiche al Regolamento dell’Hockey 2019:
- Il formato della partita con quattro quarti è ora lo standard.
- Un esperimento obbligatorio è stato introdotto dal 1° gennaio 2019, eliminando l'opzione per le squadre di giocare con un Giocatore di Campo con Privilegi da Portiere. Ora le squadre hanno due opzioni: giocare con un Portiere che indossa almeno casco, parastinchi e scarpe da portiere, e che può anche indossare guanti e altra protezione, oppure giocare solo con Giocatori di Campo. Qualsiasi cambiamento tra queste opzioni va trattato come una sostituzione.
- Rule 13.2.f. It has now been made clear that players other than the attacker taking the free hit, must be at five metres distance, including when they are in their circle. If the attacker however chooses to take the free hit immediately, then defenders who are inside the circle and within five metres from the ball, may shadow around the inside of the circle as per the explanation of the Rule before 2019.
- Come nell’hockey indoor, ora un difensore può battere una punizione assegnata nel cerchio da qualsiasi punto all’interno del cerchio oppure fino a 15 metri dalla linea di fondo, in linea con la posizione del fallo e parallela alla linea laterale.
- La Regola 13.6, che descriveva la conclusione di un corner corto ai fini delle sostituzioni e per i corner corti a fine tempo, è stata eliminata. Non esiste più l’opzione in cui il corner corto si considera concluso quando la palla esce dall’area per la seconda volta.
