La Hero Hockey India League è ormai terminata e la polvere si è posata. Sembrava il momento giusto per dare uno sguardo più leggero al nostro periodo in India. Ogni giorno è frenetico, dinamico e persino un po’ folle in India. Ce ne siamo resi conto subito, tanto da coniare il termine ‘solo in India’ ogni volta che vedevamo qualcosa di mai visto prima (succede ogni giorno)! Ecco una piccola lista.

- Cows in the streets, on the curb, in the stalls - actually, they are anywhere they want to be.

- Un’intera famiglia su una sola moto.

- Snake charmers - enough said.
- Mosquito FILLED planes.
- 'Lady wheelbarrows' - imagine small woman with too much sand balancing on their head.
- Signs should read ‘ignore the line, proceed past everyone else to the front’.
- Fans who LOVE hockey more than anywhere else I have experienced!
È ciò che rende l’India un’esperienza entusiasmante per i giocatori stranieri e mi sono davvero divertito quest’anno con i Lancers. Sono grato di aver potuto vivere di nuovo l’India e non vedo l’ora di tornarci, quando sarà possibile!
