I started playing hockey when I was 12 years old in Canada and have loved it ever since. I really enjoy coaching as well, and hopefully can continue to give back and pursue that more in my future. Some random facts about me are that I love exploring new coffee shops with my friends and family, and recently have started getting back into painting again. 

Casey's Ritual

In the morning I normally like to go on a walk and do some foam rolling & stretching, followed by a coffee. I like to try hangout with some of the girls on the team just to connect-in and have a few laughs. Then a weird ritual I have before international matches is that I have to brush my teeth right before warm up.
