Notes from the field

I’m Ayeisha, but everyone calls me Sheesh or Ish. I started playing hockey when I was 8 years old at Larne Hockey club before moving to Randalstown and then Pegasus Hockey Club. I currently play for S.V. Kampong in Holland, following playing 4 years in America at the University of Louisville. I completed a degree in Health and Human Performance, to now go on and complete my NSCA & CSCS certifications to become a strength coach. I love getting stuck in the kitchen baking or cooking to host a good dinner or brunch (specialty being chocolate & orange scones). I quite enjoy staying active and being outdoors, going for long cycles, renting a canoe or going for a walk. If I am not outdoors, I am normally stuck in a good book or painting/drawing something.

Ayeisha's Ritual

I have a coffee followed by a quick game or 3 of candy crush while playing some tunes to relax and have a laugh with my team.
