Notes from the field

I started playing hockey when I was 14 years old with my club Catholic Institute. I also played soccer, camogie, football, basketball and golf when I was younger. I am a secondary school teacher and teach maths and Irish in an all Irish school in Limerick. When I am not playing hockey I love going for coffee with friends, watching netflix and swimming in the sea.  

Naomi's Ritual

I always eat three hours before tip off and have a snack an hour before, listen to music and make sure that I’ve packed a white headband.
